Incoming email?

Is that on incoming email from external addresses? I suspect it is, even if you are not really clear on that.

Go to the Messaging Settings for the server (usning Domino Administrator) and verify that your domain(s) are listed under Restrictions and Controls, SMTP Inbound Controls, "Allow messages to be sent only to the following external internet domain".

You may also want to setup an SMTP Inbound Site document. I also suggests to create a Web Site document for your domain.
