I guess I don't understand the question. If you have a Windows Server, you download the specific installer based on the version you are running. ie. Windows 32-bit = Download the Domino Server 9 32-bit installer.
Windows Server (32-bit) = IBM Domino Server V9.0 32 Bit for Windows English(CIBM0EN)
Windows Server (64-bit) = IBM Domino Server V9.0 64 bit for Windows English(CIBM1EN)
AIX (64-bit) = IBM Domino Server V9.0 64 bit for AIX English(CIBM2EN)
etc
If you only need the client, then you download the Notes Client. ie. "IBM Notes, Domino Designer and Admin V9.0 for Windows XP,Vista and Windows 7 32 Bit English(CIB9AEN)". During install, you can select or deselect whether you want Designer and/or Admin installed.
In each version, I always download the Quickstart and Release Notes to see the latest updates.
