Hi, we have a mail in database for support tickets which automatically deals with incoming mails from users. This has worked fine 'forever'. Unfortunately, the company is now moving across to Outlook and there are a few users testing that just now. We have found quite an odd problem with our ticket system whereby, if an outlook user FORWARDS an email to it, it just disappears into the system somewhere. I can see on the console that it is being delivered correctly but then it's not there. If the same user just creates a new mail and sends it in - it is absolutely fine. So, is there something inherently different about a forwarded mail from outlook as opposed to a normal mail which could be causing this problem?
