Hi, I'm new to lotus domino, but I have this problem, when I send email to outside email address some of them work fine and some other dont. I send a message with 3 different people from 3 different domain name in the send field. 1 is @gmail.com, 2nd is @videotron.ca, 3rd is @intelectechnologies.com

the email arrive at the gmail address no problem, i get a bounce back msg from the @intelectechnologies.com instantly with the error msg: "Error transferring to INTELECTECHNOLOGIES.COM; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 Sender verify failed"

and the last person @videotron.ca never bounce back but is never delivered either. I'm pretty new to domino and wonder if there is a setting somewhere that I need to change. Any feedback is appreciated.
