I have a user who cannot recall messages. When he tries, his client crashes.

When I try from my client, opening his mail file, I get a error that states 'cannot find external name - messagerecallstringtable'

I've tried fixup -j, compact and updall -r, as well as replacing the design of the mail file.

Can anyone help?
