enable a higher logging level

Hey!
First try to enable a higher logging level for the router:
http://www.ipi.org/help/help8_admin.nsf/f4b82fbb75e942a6852566ac0037f284/8b32a2404081c9ba852572fa004e4869?OpenDocument

This way you'll get some more informations why the sendings fails.

You could also try to telnet one of the failed destination servers, from the OS of your "last hop" mail server.

Regards!
