We have a user who no matter what we set her mail format preference to in her Person Document receives messages in MIME format, and any inline image is stripped out and attached as a file. The removed image has the tag (Embedded image moved to file: filename.jpg) in the body of the message.

I have scoured the web and these forums for another instance of this issue, but I cannot find anything relevant. The user's mail file is based on a mildly modified R8.5.1 mail template and she is running release 8.5.2 without any patches.

Does anyone have any idea what might be going on?
