Subject: MIME-CD Conversion
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Domino Server
Technical Area: User Interface
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.1
Reproducible: Always

Here's our problem, we have a few users here that has problems receiving html emails(with pictures). When the user receives this type of message, the e-mail is usually blank. On my part i receive the same message(mailing list) and it is correct.

I noticed in the properties of the email in the field $MIMETrack that there's a conversion MIME-CD by our domino server. This conversion is made on every e-mails that these users receives.

We have exactly the same client (8.5.2) and we have the same settings in the names.nsf on the server (Keep in senders format).
But these users have a special mail template. So I think that this is the problem.
What would we have to look for in this special template that could target the unwanted cd-mime conversion?

Client 8.5.2
Server 8.5.1 FP4

Thanks for your help
