Workspace...

Easiest may be to create a web-based workspace with links to their mail and the mail-in databases.

Will mean they need to click through again for their mail rather than using webredirect.

I guess this could work the other way round by adding a hotpsot somewhere on the mail to open a separate workspace with the links to the mail-in dbs, but to be honest I don't know how easy this is to do, I've never tried messing about with the iNotes template, and would also mean you'd need to manage this with every mail template upgrade
