Hi, Need a quick direction/solution/suggestion.

I am developing a Notes Form that user will be using to create document. I want to code a feature where using attached scanner, user press a Action Button which will trigger program that will scans a document and it goes directly into richtext field. .. Similar function for capturing a photo using webcam.
