We are looking at options to improve support for hosted desktop solutions and XenDesktop is amongst the options being reviewed. We will share more formal information as it becomes available.
In the meantime, issues reported on XenDesktop should be reviewed by support as if they were standard desktop installations and will be investigated until it is determined that the virtualization environment is the source of the issue. In this instance, customers may be asked to reproduce issues encountered in a virtual desktop environment on a standalone installation to aid in troubleshooting.
