Alex, I suppose you've suggested just creating a Group Calendar in the director's mail file but that didn't provide enough detail?
If the director wants to be able to see everyone's calendar detail in his own calendar, could the team members just open up their schedule to the director via their calendar preferences? Seems a little intrusive to me, or maybe I misunderstand what you mean by "all calendar entries regardless of category".
