Configure existing Lotus Notes mailbox with Gmail (POP3 SSL and SMTP settings)

Well, I don't think you can sync folders, but here is full instructions to configure Gmail on Lotus Notes 8/7/6.

This article will instruct you how to receive Gmail into your existing Lotus Notes mailbox by configuring a POP3 SSL account. You can reply to the Gmail in your existing Notes mailbox, but it will be sent from your Lotus Notes mailbox address. The instructions below are for Lotus Notes 8.5. If you are running Lotus Notes 8.x (Basic) or Notes 7/6 you can skip step 2 & 3, and the remaining instructions should be somewhat similar.
