Domino SMTP Authentication

Thanks for reply.
I have applied the settings already. I have configured MS Outlook using POP3 with my Domino Server. Now when i Enable "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" option in Internet E-mail settings, it checks the users information setting properly and if the e-mail address does not match with the user's login info, it rejects message appears on Domino console BUT if i dont enable that option "My outgoing SMTP.." it also allows me to send the message and does not check the email address i have used in User Information.
What I want to do now, Domino or Outlook should not allow the user to skip My Outgoing server requires authentication option and it does not allow the user to configre Outlook without SMTP server authentication.
Any Suggestion ....??
Thanks..
