CertFX

I passed all 3 of my R5 Exams at the Admin Conference in 2002. I purchased a BOOK and studied, while SelfTestSoftware had setup a lab to run through the tests at the conference. Each upgrade since I've used CertFX.

I don't discount SelfTestSoftware, and encourage you to check out both:

I only know I've had continued success with CertFX. I have my R5, R6, and R7 certification, and am presently studying (with CertFX) to get my R8 cert.
