This happens really ALOT when windows crashes or does not get up from standby.
As i know u can wait 2hours it does not help.
IBM please try to find a fix for it.
To empty der Workspace folder does not work all times.
Only thing that always works ist to reinstall Notes (deinstallation is not needed and do NOT choose repair that does not work either)
Start setup -> say Change -> and klick tru setup and let it install again, thats for me the only workaround.
