User opens app.
User clicks around a bit, everything seems OK.
At some apparently random point, the mouse 'click' and keyboard hot-keys and <enter> key stop working.
The user may have just opened a view then switched to a new view when this happens so there is no code executing.
No errors are displayed.
We can't 'x' Notes closed and have to use task manager to kill Notes.
Notes 8.5.3 (thin client and full client), Win 7 X64
We have other users with the same hardware/software configuration and they're not seeing the problem.
It feels to me like some kind of weird driver problem that is killing off part of the mouse/keyboard system.
We've uninstalled/reinstalled Notes - no joy.
We have not re-imaged the user's entire drive and are working on getting a backup PC for him to use.
I have verified that the problem is not limited to one app. If the user just opens Notes and waits for a few minutes, it'll hang.
Any ideas on what could be causing the problem or how to even troubleshoot the issue?
Thanks for any suggestions.
Doug
