1. The server is not down as other user still be able to send mail.
2. Do you mean the network for the client pc? I try to ping to our server, it is able to ping.
3. I had checked with the system administrator, as been told, there is no problem as other user did not encounter this issues.
I feel that this situation is so weird as it never happened before.
So we just request the user who encounter this issues to logoff his/her lotus notes client and wait for awhile and try to login again.
But I think we need to find the solution for this issues.
Kindly please advice.
