Since the troubleshooting guide did not seem to help you discover your configuration issue, and since the issue is in your Microsoft environment, the only thing I can suggest is to contact Microsoft and ask them for information on how to troubleshoot their Kerberos/Active directory environment. Your deployment cannot succeed if the Microsoft server cannot create a valid Kerberos ticket for the Domino service.
