Subject: Reminder pop-up pops up behind notes when computer is locked

When any user sets a reminder to pop up it should pop-up in front of lotus notes so that they are reminded. Our network system forces a computer to lock after 10 minutes of user inactivity. Unfortunately, when a computer is locked, and a pop up occurs, it pops up behind lotus notes. It has happened on every computer I've tried it on so far and seems very consistent in doing so. So when a user unlocks their computer they may not notice a reminder popup that has happened behind lotus while the computer was locked. I have received complaints of missed reminders because of this.

Is this a bug in Lotus or is there a setting I can change to cause the pop-up to pop up in front of the active Lotus window?

PS> We are on Lotus and Domino v8.5.1FP4 and I've tried with the same results on Windows XP and Windows 7 machines.
