Installing Lotus Notes 8.5 via MS Configuration Manager

I am trying to install Lotus Notes 8.5 by creating a package. It runs fine up to 95% of the install and then I get an error:

Could not copy file: The system cannot find the file specifed. Old Path: C:\Users\Default\install.xml, New Path: c:\Program files\IBM\Notes\framework\rcp\deploy\install.update.xml

I can run the application directly and it installs fine, it's when I package and deploy via Config Mgr that it throws out this error message, rolls back notes install, and removes even the previous version of notes :( Anyone else experience problems deploying this app? I've created the package to run as administrator but does not work.
