weak ciphers enabled for this server

Presumably both the server and the client allow the use of weak ciphers, but the server then realizes using them with a very long private key somehow does not make sense, and then disables them, backing up to stronger ciphers.

The list of allowed SSL ciphers is in the server doc > Ports > Internet ports > SSL Settings, or in your Internet site document if you're using one.
Just remove the weak ciphers from the list (56-bit DES and 40-bit RC4), restart the HTTP task, and the SSLDisableExportCiphers messages should be gone.
