RE: Sync Calendar & Contacts problem

I'm trying to do the sync with the phones app: Nokia pc suite and HTC sync.I get the same error in both applications.
My coleagues are using the same phone/app and theirs is working fine. I also have already tried to sync one of theirs phone with my Lotus Notes but I got the same error message...

Any ideas?
