signature

I've created a similar application, and while we don't use local replicas the issue is probably with caching.

If you update signatures during the day when people have their mail open you can't guarantee it working.

My app has an overnight routine built in to update the signatures when people aren't working. It's not quite as dynamic of course, but most signatures will not require instant change I suspect
