Subject: how to navigate the IBM support site
Feedback Type: Question
Product Area: Other
Technical Area: Documentation
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.3
Reproducible: Not applicable

Ok, so I'm not the smartest guy in the world. Let's just start there.:-) But I just cannot figure out how the IBM support site works. It's ridiculously confusing (again, it could be just me). Does anyone have a cheat sheet for doing basic things like locating a Notes/Domino install? Or locating a fix? I have a user who upgraded their Linux version and now their 8.5 client doesn't work. He did some research and found that Notes 9 works under his version of Linux. So I logged in to get it and it just seems impossible. I know there are people who go in all the time and it's no big deal for them, but I go in only occasionally and can never remember what I did the last time. So if anyone has some steps, a cheat-sheet, or hints or anything, I'd appreciate it.

thanks
Clem
