Success with Chris's command line entry

I spent half the day trying to get around this issue with a Notes 8.5.3 Smart Upgrade that became a wipe everything and start again 8.5.3 install, then a reinstall 8.5.2 effort, switching accounts, network vs local install, replacing the updatesites zip file, etc, but nothing worked. Until I tried Chris's suggestion. I still don't know what the problem was, but the command line approach did the trick. If you ever see this Chris, thanks!
