Hi,

I have a secretary asking for a copy of every meeting from his manager's calendar copied to her calendar, and when changed in the managers calendar this will reflect in her calendar too. There is no need to be immediately, but the changes must be in both calendars by the end of the day. She have her own meetings on her calendar, and she also want to see the meetings from the boss. There is no way to ask everybody to send a invitation to the secretary.
Someone have an idea what can I do?
