There was a problem in this area in 8.5

The problem I have in mind happens when the application uses the new (to 8.5) Dojo rich text edit control -- which happens automatically for Internet Explorer on Vista and Windows 7.
In that case the content of your jsheader field was not being transferred to the HTML generated for the form. This would result in errors or loss of functionality.

The problem has been fixed in 8.5.1.

So if you are not running at least 8.5.1 and are using IE on Vista or windows 7 you may be encountering this problem.
