is stating that the Mime data of the notes was not able to be converted to HTML correctly. A lot of these problems were fixed in the 8.5.2 GA version of the Domino. If you are running pre GA version of Lotus Notes Traveler 8.5.2, it is recommended that you upgrade to the GA version of code. If the problem still exist on the GA version please open a PMR so that this problem could be tracked.
Data needed to investigate. 1) Set logging to finest for the failing user. - Tell Traveler log adduser finest <UserId> 2) Recreate the problem and wait for the error message. 3) After the error message appears get a copy of the failing document by getting noteId of the message (from the example above it is "636e", and the mail file"CN=MPINSDK2/O=MPI!!Mail\xxx.nsf" and issue following command - tell traveler dumpdoc <notied> <mail file> in the example above the command would be Tell Traveler dumpdoc 636e CN=MPINSDK2/O=MPI!!Mail\xxx.nsf 4) Collect the following the information and send to IBM - Tell Traveler dump <UserId> - Tell Traveler log collect - Send to IBM the data in the <DominoDataTraveler>/IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT/Traveler/logs directory to IBM 5) Reset the logging level - Tell Traveler log removeuser <UserId>
