didn't fix the problem. other advice welcome

Hi, I had realized that yesterday that my reverse dns wasn't done and I called my provider to ask them to set it and now it's done but when I tried to send email again this morning I still receive the same error: Error transferring to INTELECTECHNOLOGIES.COM; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 Sender verify failed

when I check my domain name/server with the MxToolBox website located here everything check green including the reverse DNS check: http://www.mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=smtp%3amail.oculab.ca

Only this domain remain unreachable since my other domain had a typo in it that the user hadn't noticed and was missing a letter in the domain name.

here is what I have on the server when email this domain:

10/11/2011 11:22:41 AM Router: Transferring mail to domain INTELECTECHNOLOGIES.COM (host INTELECTECHNOLOGIES.COM [69.61.87.117]) via SMTP
