Subject: Storing Non-english characters in the Notes fields
Feedback Type: Problem

Technical Area: Application Development

Release: 8.5.3
Reproducible: Always

Hi,

I have schedule agent, which reads the data from DB2 Table and store the values in the notes document. (all single value fields). Agent is working perfectly fine.
In some cases, the DB2 table contains values in Japanese Language. When the agent runs and store the value in notes fields, values become square characters.
I have installed Japanese Language. I have set the Multilingual Option. but no Luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!!
