Lotus Notes does Not Follow DPI settings in Windows 7 if set to 150%?

My steps as follow:
1. New message,
2. In content, Click "Attachment"
3. Show the Dialog box for browse folder and files.

In the dialog box, all contents (including folder and file name) will be fuzzy (Out of focus).

How to fix the problem.
