Invalid File Handle

All of our db's are on the network.

Suppose I should say that the clients are 8.5.2 and the mailfiles are 8.5 on an 8.5.2fp2 server. I'm currently in the middle of an upgrade, just testing the 15 people on the new mail server and gradually move everyone over once the major errors are sorted. Then upgrade the db server, currently 6.5.6fp3.
