Issues with Androids and Nokias, too

For us it's only roughly about 50% of the Android and Symbian devices that get notfied about an update. The others have to do it manually as they never receive a notification.

Strangely this doesn't depend on the version of the mobile app. I first hoped that those who didn't get notifications will get after updating manually but it seems if they never got notified before they won't in the future. Whatever is broken here...!
