Hi,
Using Domino 8.5 server (Domino/sawag) on Windows server 2003 on Test Machine. My test domino domain is sawag. I need to know how do i set SMTP Authentication on the server.
I am connecting domino server with telnet on port 25. when it conencts i type;
helo abc.com - it is accepting and giving output
250 Domino.sawag.com Hello abc.com ([172.16.2.56]) pleased to meet you
Then i type
mail from:bogususer@bogus.com
the reply is
250 bogususer@bogus.com... Sender Ok

Now the domino should accept only the user which are authenticated from outside and/or from Domino Directory but it is accepting any user evenif i type no@no.com in place of bogususer@bogus.com

Please guide how can i configure my Domino server for the solution..
