I would upgrade Admin Server of Domino Directory first...

Not sure if that is your Hub or one of your spokes.. I would go to all 8.5 System Templates.. Not sure why you would consider leaving at down-level template...

Also, plan on upgrading to 8.5FP1 when it's available...
