Doclinks can be created in multiple ways and still have the problem
In some cases the doclinks are coming from agents that have been in use for years. They may simple doclinks added with .appenddoclink, or @mailsend.
Other times users are copying them manually from the Document Properties <+> tab and pasting them into Outlook. Or they may copy a view as a table and paste that into outlook.
No matter how it's done the links are in the standard notes://server/db/view/doc format and I have verified that they are accurate.
More importantly, I can reproduce the error with a simple db link: notes://server/replicaid So it's not really the document part that is the problem, its the opening of the wrong database by replica id. And yes, I have verified that the replica id is correct.
Once I find the right db and open it manually, then go back and try the link again, it will find the right document. That's because it knows which db to look in.
