Hotspots are not clickable when the document is in edit mode

It's been my longtime experience that hotspots are not clickable when the document is in edit mode - putting a hotspot in an email and saing as a draft is tricky because a draft is one of the very few types of Notes document that open in edit mode by default.

Look at your draft in the 'Preview' pane, or, once the draft is opened hit 'ctrl-e' to take it out of edit mode, and you'll find that your hotspot is active.
