The upgrade cookbook advises to run maintenance (=fixup-compact-updall) on local (client) system databases like names.nsf, bookmark.nsf, etc.
Preferrably, this should be done off-line as part of the deployment, directly after the client is upgraded, and before a user can launch Notes.
How can you do that on a multi-user client installation, given that:
1. The install/upgrade is run with a dedicated account that has administrator rights on the PC.
2. Users log on with their own Windows account. They often DON'T have administrator rights.
3. Client system DBs are in the user's windows profile directory. Since this is a multi-user install, there can be more than one.
