More than likely because you're listed as the creator of the documents

Right click the document, click Document Properties, and you'll no doubt see that your name is listed as the creator.

That's why the document is returned in a search

I'm not aware of a 'fix' - but you might try adding an exception to your search (for your last name, for example)
