(1)For pseudo string UI in language locales, I opened a spr for it:

EECC7F8DSG: GVT: Expeditor UI should disable pseudo strings in release build
The workaround is to install under or switch to English locale.

(2)I could uninstall and reinstall and launch Standard Notes in German locale, but be noticed that some langaues locales could not installed or launch Notes, we have a spr for that problem.

JLIN7EZ4W5: [DAILY ONLY] Mac GVT: Notes can't launch after installed in some locales such as Russian
