RE: IBM Notes on Tablet windows 8 RT

Traveler does not support Windows tablets until 9.0. This is the 8.5 forum, so assuming you have 8.5, it isn't going to work. Make sure you are on the latest maintenance too:

as attachments certainly work in general on supported versions.
