work-around

I don't have a solution to the underlying problem (SSL handshake error: 1C7Bh - SSL bad peer certificate ), but to keep the mail flowing, try putting this into the server's notes.ini:

RouterFallbackNonTLS=1

when the TLS handshake fails, this setting tells the router to transfer the mail without TLS.
