Is there a way to get an agent to appear as a button in a toolbar for quick access instead of clicking on the Actions Menu and then on the agent?

I created three simple agents for a user that moves emails to folders named Approved, Pending, or Denied, depending on his judgement of the emails after reading them.

The user receives a large volume of mail for assignments that need to be approved or denied. Quick access to the agent will save him a lot of clicks over time.
