Windows 7 64bit - same problem - HELP!

We are having the same problem on new Dell laptops with Windows 7 64bit running on Core i5 processors.
Freezes when you open or switch between tabs. I can scroll through emails with preview no problem but as soon as I use tabs at the top it freezes for 10-30 seconds at a time.
