We are having the problem on new Dell 6x20's with Windows 7 and SP1 installed. We have deployed about 1,000 older Dells with Windows 7 and 8.5.2 but no SP1 and did not experience this problem at all. Different hardware and different OS patching.

IBM says they are working hard on this as they have had many reports. If anyone finds a decent solution PLEASE post it here.
