DB2 access

Hi Alexander,

You may want to open a PMR for this for assistance. Please note that we are no longer doing active development of the NSFDB2 feature. We are not enhancing this feature and not certifying newer version of DB2. Our focus is on enhancing NSF. The feature IS still supported and there are no specific plans to withdraw support at this time.
