Hello,
A few weeks ago, we've upgraded to Lotus Notes 8.5.2 (Windows) and Domino 8.5.2 (Linux) successfully. However, when installing a new laptop with Lotus Notes 8.5.2 and adding a new user, I receive the message "Server Error: Entry not found in index." twice during the client configuration wizard. As a result, new employees are not able to login to the system.
I can work around this problem by installing 8.5.1 first, configuring the client, and upgrading to 8.5.2 after the first login, but this is hardly a solution.
Does anyone know a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance!
