Not set using a MSI/MST tool

Data directory can be configured using DATADIR or MULTIUSERBASEDIR/MULTIUSERCOMMONDIR
Most of your settings are set using the install kits plugin_customization.ini, or for Sametime settings you may use a Sametime policy.
Feeds are preconfigured using an appropriate presetfeeds.opml file
Plugins/Widgets should be deployed using a Widget catalog
