Still having an issue with @DBLookup field

Chris,
Thanks! Your suggestion to put quotes around the View name made the problem of the field not being able to find the View go away. Many thanks to you for that. Now, the only problem I have is that the error message "Incorrect datatype for database function" has not gone away. Any suggestions on that problem?
